Senior Analyst

Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Senior Analyst in the KGS RM team. In this team, your responsibilities will include supporting Quality team members in executing projects on behalf of international KPMG teams and clients (onshore teams).

Resource Management Reporting and Analytics

•Understanding of key metrics like Quality, Engagement, Hours, Utilization, FTE, Penetration, etc., •Help the team in data consolidation from various sources. •Refresh and publish power apps workflow on regular basis. •Prepare and publish Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports and dashboards. •Willingness to learn the Dashboards covering key metrics and act as a backup. •Knowledge of running reports in SAP HANA BO/Engage/Pricing Tool. •Creation and maintenance of SOPs for all major activities •Maintain 100% Quality standards & ensure completeness and accuracy  

Technical & functional skills

•Understanding of key metrics like Quality, Engagement, Hours, Utilization, FTE, Penetration, etc.,  

Skillset:

•Power Apps & Power Automate (Advanced) •MS Excel (Advanced) •Power BI (Advanced) •VBA (Advanced)

Graduation with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with the required skillset.
