Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Cloud and DevOps Engineer to support the development of a cloud-native global equity management platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on innovation in the fintech space. The Cloud and DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure that supports equity compensation platforms. This role involves close collaboration with technology teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable cloud services that align with business needs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and manage cloud infrastructure to support global equity management platforms.
Build and maintain VPCs, private networks, routing rules, and cloud resources in public cloud platforms.
Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and ARM templates.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
Administer cloud security, identity, and access management (IAM) roles, policies, and subscriptions.
Leverage modern monitoring and logging tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, and Splunk to ensure system health.
Support containerization efforts using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, or OpenShift.
Create and manage Dockerfiles, Helm charts, and deployment manifests across various environments.
Provide production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system reliability improvement.
Engage in application deployments in Azure and manage Azure Active Directory configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-availability solutions and troubleshoot cloud-based issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
12+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud and DevOps practices.
Strong hands-on programming experience in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
Proven experience with public cloud platforms like AWS or Azure (certifications preferred).
Proficiency with infrastructure automation and IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM.
Experience managing cloud networks, compute provisioning, and IAM configurations.
Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices in DevSecOps environments.
Hands-on experience with deployment tools like Udeploy, Starling, and Mario.
Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools like DataDog, Prometheus, and Splunk.
Familiarity with Azure application deployment processes and Azure Active Directory.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills in cloud infrastructure.
Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting strategies in distributed cloud environments.
