ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the development and implementation of human resources initiatives within the studio. This role oversees daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and organizational development. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring a positive employee experience and driving alignment between people strategies and business goals.
- Recruitment & Headcount Management
- Oversee recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with headcount budgets.
- Review recruitment plans, strategies, sourcing channels, and associated costs.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Support contract administration, salary reviews, and performance-based adjustments in collaboration with the C&B team.
- Participate in market benchmarking surveys and help propose competitive packages.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback on compensation-related topics.
- Training & Development
- Plan and manage the annual training budget.
- Conduct needs assessments and implement training programs by job levels.
- Continuously improve the performance review system.
- Employee Relations & Communication
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies.
- Promote company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain a positive work environment and address employee relations matters proactively.
- Act as a communication bridge between management and staff.
- Strategic HR & Organizational Development
- Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate on talent planning, succession, and workforce development.
- Contribute to organization structure design and cultural initiatives.
- Team Management
- Coach and develop direct reports and HR team members.
- Provide HR knowledge and training to line managers and team leads.
- Engagement & Culture Initiatives
- Partner with events or engagement teams to organize internal events and activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a multinational environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while leading a team with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Fluent in English
- Experience in training & development is a plus.
- Strong influence, coaching and consulting skills.
- Passionate about the gaming industry.
