The Total Rewards Specialist supports the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs across the region. Reporting to the Regional Total Rewards Manager, this role ensures efficient, locally compliant execution of global strategies that align with business needs and enhance the employee experience.
The Specialist acts as the first point of contact for employee-related rewards matters, collaborates with regional and country HR teams, and manages local vendor relationships to deliver consistent, high-quality Total Rewards solutions.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
- Provide technical and analytical support to deploy Total Rewards solutions across compensation and benefits programs.
- Analyse internal and external data to ensure the competitiveness and alignment of total rewards programs with business needs and market trends.
- Support the implementation of global and regional reward programs, including annual compensation review cycles and benefit renewals.
- First point of contact for employees and local teams queries calibrating the approach with the global team
- Track and monitor utilization and spend against program budgets, coordinating with Finance to support cost management.
- Assist with vendor relationships and ensure adherence to service levels and compliance standards.
- Prepare program documentation, training materials, and employee communications related to Total Rewards programs.
- Participate in project work, including local development requirements, plan harmonisation or M&A due diligence and integration activities focused on compensation and benefit programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal governance controls.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: at least 3 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, or broader total rewards.
- Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of total rewards practices, particularly in relevant regional markets.
- Familiarity with global HRIS and compensation systems
- Strong analytical capability and comfort with large data sets.
- Independence:
- Works under limited supervision; takes ownership of tasks and deliverables.
- Escalates complex issues appropriately.
- Impact:
- Supports multiple countries or business units; contributes to regional program effectiveness.
- Impacts project timelines and the quality of execution through attention to detail and strong coordination.
- Communication:
- Strong written and verbal skills; able to convey technical data to non-technical audiences.
- Coordinates across HR, Finance, and external partners.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week onsite at our Krakow office.
