We are seeking an experienced and organized Financial Compliance Operations Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing operational changes to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Financial Compliance Operations Associate Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of proposed changes to identify potential risks, impacts, and benefits
  • Develop and coordinate change rollout plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Coordinate and execute changes in accordance with approved plans and timelines
  • Monitor and report on change progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from plan
  • Ensure that all changes are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to inform stakeholders of changes and their impact
  • Engage with stakeholders to address concerns, provide support, and ensure that changes are properly understood and implemented
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and cooperation
  • Continuously review and improve change management processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with best practices
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process streamlining to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management processes and outcomes
  • Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders on change management performance and progress
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in financial compliance operations or related field
  • Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proven experience in communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
