We are seeking a Senior Test Manager to support the delivery of quality outcomes for our Unite program initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for pioneering quality engineering solutions with state-of-the-art AI technologies, along with a proven ability to solve problems effectively. This role is suited to professionals with a solid understanding of quality practices who can contribute to complex and forward-focused projects.

Your main responsibilities will include leading the planning and execution of end-to-end quality strategies aligned with ART goals and business priorities. You will promote an agile quality culture by embedding Shift Left practices and AI-assisted testing early in the development lifecycle. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality objectives and deliver actionable insights through the monitoring of key metrics.

What do I need?

7+ years of Senior Test Management experience within scaled Agile environments; banking domain experience is desired.
Defines and implements comprehensive test plans across various testing phases to support the product migration roadmap.
Leverages deep domain expertise to inform and drive decisions around test coverage and overall quality assurance.
Proven ability to lead and orchestrate testing activities across multiple teams, including management of upstream/downstream dependencies and external program interfaces.
Defines and implements end-to-end migration test plans.
Deep understanding of methodologies that promote continuous improvement, with a strong Shift Left mindset.
Working knowledge of test automation frameworks, and the latest test management, collaboration, and reporting tools.
Tracks and reports key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Agile, or equivalent certifications.
