What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose & Repair with Precision: Perform complex diagnostics and execute repairs that meet or exceed manufacturer standards.
• Master All Systems: Work across a wide range of vehicle systems including:
  • Powertrain (engine & transmission)
  • Suspension and steering
  • Brakes
  • Electrical systems
  • Climate control systems
• Lead with Experience: Help guide less experienced techs when needed and contribute to a productive, respectful shop culture.
• Stay Proactive: Work closely with Service Advisors to streamline communication and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold Quality: Ensure every job is done right the first time, with a focus on safety, performance, and reliability.

What You Bring to the Table

• Extensive hands-on experience as a professional automotive technician. Porsche or European vehicle experience is a plus.

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):

                           3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked

                           10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

Requirements

• 1 year of automotive experience. 
• ASE certifications are ideal. 
• Strong automotive background 
• Strong teamwork skills 
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written. 
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.  
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license. 
• Porsche Silver or Gold certified preferred
