Key Responsibilities:
- Extracting and plotting weekly data into reports
- Present the Research finding to stakeholders & coordinate corrective action plans across business units
- Help guiding the directions to be taken in activities to achieve the brand and business KPI’s
- Knowledge and understanding of the Media landscape and how to interpret and report data
- Designing qualitative and quantitative research plans based on different objectives along with Designing research questionnaires and moderator guides
- Identifying on due time any threatening or unexpected occurrences / changes on the media / entertainment landscape
- Track Key company and competitor KPIs
- Assist the content team in licensing content by checking historical performance on TV and Digital through various sources
- Understand user behavior through different research studies conducted inhouse such as NPS, Customer Satisfaction, Churn, Retention, etc…
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Proven Market Research Analysis experience
- knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations.
- Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Proven working experience in data analysis.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a data driven organization.
- The ability to understand what is important to the business and how to generate the most valuable insights.
- Ability to work with different departments.
