Manager – Information Technology

Job Responsibilities 

• Oversee all IT functionalities of the company
• Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and endpoint management
• Establish, implement, and monitor IT security measures in line with company policies and international standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
• Managing IT budgets, vendor coordination, and IT procurement. 
• Drive IT projects aligned with business growth, such as system integrations, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain IT documentation and policies.
• Test and maintain disaster recovery plans (DRP) and business continuity procedures
• Provide hands-on support for SAP users to learn and utilize SAP functionalities effectively
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software and network related issues

Candidate Profile

• A Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience in managing ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, Windows/Linux servers, and cloud environments.
• Proven experience in implementing IT security, compliance controls, and managing audits.
• Ability to manage vendors, contracts, and IT budgets.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and mentor IT teams.
• High level of commitment with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
