Job title: Financial Analyst

About this opportunity: We are looking to add a highly motivated Financial Analyst to the Global Operations Controlling team. In this role you will support the financial planning, analysis, and reporting of the International Operations. The Financial Analyst will partner closely with supply chain and logistics leaders to provide actionable insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive cost optimization initiatives.

Location: Warsaw - hybrid (8 days monthly from the office)

What you will do: 

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, explain cost variances, forecast future performance, and provide actionable insights for operational efficiency.

  • Support budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Monitor and report on financial performance, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for improvement, such as costs optimization.

  • Collaborate with different departments to understand operational processes and their financial implications.

  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support decision-making processes.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

  • Support the monthly and quarterly financial closing process.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
     

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in finance.

  • Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial principles.

  • Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Experience with ERP (SAP, NetSuite/Oracle) required and BI tools knowledge (Power BI, Incorta) is an asset.

  • Advanced Excel skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with impactful financial insight.

  • Organized, adaptable team player mindset with excellent time management.
