The Hotel Manager, reporting directly to the Area Vice President and the General Manager of Cinnamon Grand Colombo, will assume comprehensive responsibility for the hotel's operational functions. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in optimizing profitability across all areas by driving revenue generation and enhancing productivity. Your primary focus will be on elevating guest satisfaction to unparalleled heights, crafting a distinctive and unforgettable experience throughout the hotel's operations. You will collaborate closely with the Executive team to ensure both guest and colleague contentment, elevate operational standards, and successfully attain our business objectives, all while bolstering revenue and financial performance.
