As a coordinator working remotely we support a PMO in the execution of all Data Center operations. The PMO is split into key functional areas that are necessary for the ongoing operations of customer Data Centers and our team responds to their requests for support through contracting, onboarding, procurement and reporting.
How You Will Make an Impact
Preparing, retaining, organizing, and presenting on different cross functional Data Center Programs and their status.
Managing a project intake system and prioritizing new projects while updating status on current projects.
Craft requests for proposal to vendors and suppliers for their services
Review and administer global contracts (Statements of Work, Budget Control Sheets, Procurement Requests, and Purchase Orders)
Support vendor onboarding and management
Support end to end procurement process from sourcing to delivery and closeout.
Participate in site and dashboard creation/maintenance
Lead process creation, improvement, and documentation
Present current status of work with detailed reporting and updates to ensure customer is aware of project status.
Take initiative to find holes in customer operation, and find creative ways to solve those problems.
What You Will Need to Succeed
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of experience with supply chain procurement
Proficiency with Google & Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of process and procedures development
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Highly organized with Cloud based file sharing and storage
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
SAP & Oracle Proficiency
JavaScript - Google / Excel Sheet Scripting
SQL - Dashboard building
Ability for International and Domestic travel
