The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Information Technology Project Management Specialist to join the team in Seattle, WA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Mesa, AZ; Miami, FL; North Charleston, SC; Philadelphia, PA; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Huntsville, AL; Aurora, CO; or El Segundo, CA.

The Information Technology Project Management Specialist will help stand up this new team and set the foundational processes for Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) and will expand our offerings in line with these initiatives.

The successful candidate is a self-starter who can lead a broad set of teammates within Information Technology (IT) and the business functions EBS supports. Expect to thrive in an ever-changing business environment where we learn from our new teammates and align multiple priorities into the EBS strategic priorities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage milestones and tasks for all EBS Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) activities 

  • Create stakeholder communications for EBS Leadership Team (LT), Project teammates, and Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) program office 

  • Create organizational standards for use across all M&A projects 

  • Ensure clear, concise project overview and status content is readily available for EBS leaders 

  • Identify and lead process improvements across M&A activities 

  • Lead teams through structured process to develop plans and deliver results in an environment of high uncertainty 

  • Assist with teammate onboarding and expectation setting 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience managing business value and risk metrics across M&A efforts for EBS 

  • Experience with organization and administration 

  • Experience with quality focus 

  • Experience with collaborating and taking a team building approach 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience as a self-starter who can move through bureaucracy to enable execution and with credibility and integrity

Summary pay range: $117,300 - $170,200
