Training Officer- Brewing

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the pilot plant
• Planning and organization of the pilot plant
• Lead the Brewing days, and act as an brewing ambassador for the different groups that will be brewing (newcomers, team building activities, visitors, etc.)
• Preparation of the pilot plant, including raw materials.
• Support the sourcing of raw materials for the brewing recipes
• Collaborate with Engineering team for Repair & Maintenance of the plant, as well as technical improvements

 

• Capability building in brewing
• Work together with the TPM/training team to increase capability in the brewing department
• Create training materials for Brewing department

 

• Support problem-solving on brewing technology
• Supports the brewing technologist in problem-solving and increase the quality of RCFA and TPM teams.
