- Solid knowledge of construction machinery, especially wheel loaders
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems and controls for mobile machinery
- Participation in development processes for construction machinery
- Knowledge of laws and regulations for the approval of vehicles
- Strong communication skills in German and English
