Job Family Summary

Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

Mandatory:

In-depth knowledge of PCBA Assembly in Engineering section and the electronics manufacturing industry.

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:4 to 7years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience with PCBA Process Assembly, Testing
• Proven experience as a PCBA Manufacturing Engineer, with a focus on DFM & Testing.
• Able writing, testing and debugging code using various programming languages and tools
• Good knowledge IPC Standard •
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to PCBA manufacturing in engineering section.
