Job Description:

Summary:

Dealing with the professional technical work in FA LAB, such as decap, deprocess, lapping, x-section, and so on. Maintaining and settle LAB chemical materials.

处理失效分析实验室专业的技术工作，比如芯片开盖、剥片、磨片等等。维护及处置实验室化学物品。

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist manage FA chemical Lab to match Lab 6S requirement, and monitor/record Equipments PM/Calibration.协助管理失效分析化学实验室，保持实验室整洁，使其符合6S要求；管理设备的校准/预防维护记录。
• Assist/help FA engineers solder/mount de-cap/post-FIB/CSP parts on EVB/test boards.处理专业的芯片级焊接工作，焊接开盖后的芯片。
• Assist manage FA Lab related material, such as Test board, Socket, Wires, Cold spray and Equipments etc.协助管理失效分析实验室物料，比如各种测试版，测试线，制冷剂，设备等。
• Complete other tasks assigned.完成上级安排的其他工作。

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate or above degree, majoring in Electronics or Mechanics is preferred.大专及以上学历，机械或电子类相关专业优先
• 1-2years of relevant experience in IC soldering/Lab assist management or freshman.1至2年芯片焊接/实验室协助管理相关工作经验，应届毕业生也可
• Good work habit, very careful, very neat.良好的做事习惯，非常细心，非常整洁
• Self-motivated with good team work spirit.主动做事，良好的团队合作能力
• Some communication skill (written and read) in English.一定的英语读写能力
