Due to an internal promotion, we’re seeking an energized and accountable individual to join our team, as Field Manager. You will be joining a team of Field Managers who support and uplift one another. Not only will you be joining a supportive team, you will also have the opportunity to work through complex issues for our customers, navigate and engage with a broad range of internal and external counterparts, and consistently embed practices to ensure your team remain efficient.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the teams designated Service Scheduler to ensure the Technicians routes are coordinated effectively and efficiently.
- Review daily reporting to ensure schedules are adhered to and managed in the most efficient manner.
- Manage escalations and work toward a solution for the benefit of our brand and customers.
- Provide consistent coaching and development to the field based team, and leverage internal departments for further support, where required.
- Ensure field activities are recorded in real-time by the field based team
- Conduct regular site audits and vehicle inspections
YOUR SKILLS
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about engaging with their team, and has the resilience to navigate a demanding role in a dynamic environment. You will be someone who has the ability to naturally build relationships, is focused on accountability and outcomes, and is motivated to think outside of the box and look at ways of continuously improving the way in which we operate.
The following skills and attributes will lead to success in this role:
- Demonstrated experience managing a service-oriented team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and customers at all levels.
- Knowledge of the commercial and retail market is advantageous.
- Ability to think on your feet and strive in a fast pace, pressured environment with a focus on client management and employee engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold individuals accountable, whilst building respect and engagement amongst the team.
- Strong business acumen, including how your decisions as a Field Manager impact the overall performance of the Victorian Service business.
- Ability to interpret Enterprise Agreements and the governance associated with such agreements.
