Project - the aim you'll have

We are currently looking for skilled Software Quality Engineer (SQE) to join one of our USA Clients, a uniquely positioned software company creating technologies to make the world a better place to live by focusing on rethinking early-stage decision making in preconstruction.  

Their products include next-generation 2D/3D integrated estimating platforms, a bid leveling platform that enables next-generation data analytics, and optimization technology that pushes the boundaries of what is capable in today's marketplace.

Qualifications

Expectations - the experience you need

• Strong ability to take stories/requirements and break them down into test cases. 
• Manual and automation testing experience for both desktop and web. 
• Excellent communication skills, including writing manual test cases, test plans, and bug reports. 
• TestComplete experience is preferred, particularly with JavaScript. 
• Desktop application experience is also preferred, especially with automation. 

What you will do

• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of software applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.  
• Design and implement test plans, including developing both automated and manual test cases. 
• Identify, document, and track defects to maintain high software quality standards. 
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle (SDLC). 
• Optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to support efficient delivery cycles. 
• Conduct performance, security, and usability testing to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. 
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve test coverage and efficiency. 
• Leverage proficiency in testing frameworks, automation tools, and programming languages to deliver high-quality results.
