Business Analyst

The Role:

• Support the planning and implementation of eMPF and other projects under PCCW Solutions.
• Conduct system requirements gathering and analysis to develop detailed process flows and specifications for MPF solution systems.
• Manage a team of system analysts, providing mentorship and direction to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Design and evaluate system solutions in collaboration with architects and developers.
• Oversee the testing and implementation phases to ensure systems meet business needs and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system architectures, processes, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding data security and system operations.
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and methodologies in system analysis and integration.

 

To succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years experience in system analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in the development of pension system for MPF service providers in HK
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Experience with software and system architecture tools.
• Advanced knowledge of database management systems, pension systems, and other related technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
