myPlace Health
Office
Los Angeles, CA
Full Time
About myPlace HealthmyPlace Health was founded in 2021 by mission-aligned healthcare leaders and organizations that are committed to drastically improving health outcomes, quality and experience for vulnerable older adults and frail seniors. We specialize in providing value-based, comprehensive care and coverage for older adults with significant needs so they can thrive in the homes they love and in the communities they cherish. Our mission is simple: to enable older adults to live the independent lives they deserve. We pursue this mission through our myPlace PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model, which provides seamless primary care, integrated health plan coverage, personalized social engagement, and customized services delivered in the participant’s preferred place. myPlace Health is building a mission-driven team that shares our passion for redefining the way older adults experience care as they “age in place” in the community. This is a unique opportunity to take on one of our country’s most challenging healthcare problems and join a fast-growing, dynamic team as we prepare to scale our mission to serve more markets.
About this RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a mission-driven, relationship-focused leader with a proven track record of driving high growth and building innovative, community-based partnerships. As the accountable leader of our Growth and Outreach teams, you will champion collaborative relationships across myPlace Health and with external partners, always upholding our core values of compassion, inclusivity, and excellence.
In this critical role, you will seek out and cultivate new partnerships with community-based organizations, while identifying creative ways to adapt and expand our model to better meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve. As one of the most visible faces of myPlace Health, you will inspire trust and connection with new participants, external stakeholders, and the broader community.
This role will be titled Senior Director of Growth or Director of Growth, depending on your experience and demonstrated success leading teams across markets to consistently generate growth in PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) or related care models — such as Medicare Advantage, senior primary care, or organizations serving vulnerable and high-risk older adults.
At myPlace Health, you’ll have the rare opportunity to combine your passion for mission-driven care with your expertise in growth and community partnerships — all while making a profound impact on the lives of frail elders and disabled older adults.
As a leader here, you’ll inspire a talented team, shape the future of our community outreach and enrollment efforts, and serve as one of the most visible faces of our organization. You’ll build authentic connections with community-based organizations and partners, help us adapt to meet evolving needs, and ensure more participants receive the care and support they deserve.
With a hybrid Los Angeles-based role, extensive in-market travel, and a flexible schedule that supports meaningful community engagement, this position offers both purpose and dynamic, hands-on leadership. Plus, your compensation will reflect your proven track record of growth, sales success, and deep experience — because we believe exceptional impact deserves exceptional recognition.
If you’re ready to bring your passion, vision, and energy to a team dedicated to transforming care for underserved older adults, we can’t wait to meet you. Join us, and help create a healthier, more connected future — one participant at a time.
