For the purpose of Conducting Enterprise Risk Management for Rakuten Symphony, Inc. as there is a lack of human resource in this position.

Position Details

In order to promote our Enterprise Risk Management program, we are looking for a person to be in charge of identifying, evaluating, and managing company-wide risks. You will contribute to maintaining and improving corporate value by building and operating a risk management system, proposing and implementing risk reduction measures, and collaborating with related departments.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, assessing and prioritizing risks across the company
- Formulating and implementing risk mitigation plans
- Formulating and implementing contingency plans when risks occur
- Creating and reviewing risk management policies and procedures
- Periodic risk assessments
- Responding to internal and external audits
- Planning and implementing in-house education and awareness activities
- Reporting and proposing risks to management and each department

Scope of Responsibility
- Planning and running the risk management program in general
- Responsibility for risk assessment and countermeasures
- Establishing and running related regulations and procedures
- Initial response when a risk occurs and coordinating with related departments
- Accountability to both inside and outside the company regarding risk management

Situations Requiring English
- Sharing and coordinating risk information with overseas group companies
- Reading and creating English risk management regulations and guidelines
- Communicating with overseas auditing firms and consultants
- International standards (ISO 31000, etc.)
- Prepare reports and presentations in English, and participate in meetings

Work Environment

Governance, Risk, and Compliance Support Section, Strategic Business Compliance Support Department:45 people
The risk management group to which I am assigned currently consists of six people.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- TOEIC (800 points or Above)
- Those who are interested in Risk Management
 

Desired Qualifications:

3 ears of experience in Risk Management, ethics, and compliance
