The Recruiter will focus on hiring new graduates. The recruiter will have opportunities to participate in global hiring activities.

Position Details

The following three positions are open:

1. Recruiter

- Presentation at various recruiting events

- Follow-up with candidates during the selection process and the onboarding process

- Plann and operate events for candidates and propective employees

- Create recruitment plans by communicating with campus career centers, vendors, and others

2. Selection /Proces management

- Plan and operate an application management system

- Improve selection processes and recruitment activities

3. Strategic Planning

- Mid- to long-term strategic planning for new graduate recruitment

- Establish goals and KPIs for next fiscal year

- Plan and review annual projects

- Budget management, recruitment progress management, and current status analysis

- Analyze and improve branding

　

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience in recruiting

- Business level Japanese language skills are essential for this position

- Minimum 2 years of working experience

　

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in BPO or BPO consulting
