Producer Editor

Summary:  Fanatics Collectibles is looking for creative, hands-on Producer/Editor for our growing global social team. This role is ideal for a content creator who is fluent in social and sports culture and can independently capture and edit high-quality, engaging video content for our social media platforms. You’ll be responsible for concepting, shooting, and editing original short-form video that builds brand affinity, drives engagement, and supports the hobby. 

 

What you will be doing…

• Concepting, shooting and editing social-first, short-form video content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and more.
• Own the full production process from pre-production planning and scripting to talent direction, filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Capturing content at events, athlete appearances, and dedicated shoots.
• Applying post-production finishing touches including sound mixing, color correction, transitions, graphics, and captioning to elevate storytelling.
• Staying current on social media trends and formats to proactively pitch and produce relevant, high-performing video concepts.
• Maintaining organized workflows, manage media assets, and meet deadlines across multiple projects.

 

What you will bring…

• 2-4+ years’ experience creating video content, ideally for a fast-growing consumer brand.
• Proven track record of producing original video content that is high-performing/viral on social. 
• Inherent understanding of internet culture and platform nuances.
• Exceptional editorial skills in Sports; Ability to tell compelling stories through multiple video formats and stay on trend.
• Solid understanding of digital film and video technology and post-production workflows.
• Strong organizational leadership and project management skills
• Outstanding attention to detail; proven creative track record required.
• Adept management skills for coordinating and guiding production partners of diverse experience and skill sets.
• Able to travel as needed; work flexible hours/days of week and weekends.

 

 

The salary range for this position is $70,000- $85,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
