EXECUTIVE – INSIDE SALES
Job location – Colombo
Job Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers in the territory and address their needs.
- Be up to date of the assigned accounts to ensure they are receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs.
- Coordinate regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 03 passes at the GCE Advanced Level.
- A minimum of 01 years’ experience.
- Part qualification in SLIM/CIM will be an added advantage.
- Experience in last mile delivery and customer service/sales will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (Ability to speak in Tamil is an added advantage)
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office packages.
