Your Main Missions
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried roles, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develops processes and implements all talent acquisition and new hire orientation processes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, plant tours, and pre-employment screenings (background checks, references, physicals, and drug tests).
- Post job advertisements across various platforms and submit/track job requisitions; process recruitment-related invoices for approval and payment.
- Serve as the primary liaison with staffing agencies for temporary staffing needs; coordinate onboarding and orientation for temp-to-hire transitions.
- Prepare and deliver new hire orientation for direct hires and temps, including policy and benefits review, safety orientation, and facility tours.
- Create and maintain training records, orientation packets, and employee files (personnel, medical, payroll).
- Track and follow up on 30- and 90-day evaluations for hourly employees in compliance with union contract requirements.
- Administer employee programs such as RX Optical, Safety Shoe Reimbursement, and ID badge management.
- Prepare and submit monthly recruiting reports and support open enrollment for hourly employees.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, such as holiday events and company apparel programs.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce Company policies, procedures, and work rules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Profile
Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and organizational skills
