We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Project Manager to support the Maintenance Contracts booking process and renewals, assuring that all technical, contractual and pricing data is accurate and on time, to support and facilitate the appropriate documentation to process Purchase Orders across North America region. This role interacts with Order Management, Sales, Project Management and technical teams in North America.
This role involves also the assurance of the correct and accurate entitlement of the contracts in CARES systems and portals, understanding the requirements of the end users of the Maintenance Contracts.
- Compile and understand all documentation related to a new Purchase Order, quotation and offer information, by interacting with all pre-sales internal entities.
- Main responsible to generate the Service Summary Form (SSF), in a very accurate way, reflecting pricing, technical description and contractual terms according to Purchase Order
- Manage and coordinate the collection of documents and information from pre-sales to book and process the maintenance contracts in an accurate way.
- Create and update entitlement of customers and end maintenance contracts users in Nokia Portals and systems (CARES, CDB, JPC, SALESFORCE)
- Keep the response time within stablished metrics for the generation of the SSF’s and entitlements.
- Keep the SSF’s booking statistics for North America region, making sure the response time is within required metrics.
- Help manage communication across teams and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a technical environment.
- Basic understanding of Nokia IP, Optics and Fixed Networks technologies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Advance English level – written, verbal (minimum level 8 out of 10)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and platforms
