The Vice President, Ambulatory Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational oversight, and performance improvement of all ambulatory care services across the organization.  This role ensures access to high-quality, patient-centered care across all outpatient locations, and aligning operational priorities with clinical outcome, regulatory requirements, and financial performance goals. 

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business or related field required
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory care settings
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards including DNV, CMS helpful
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and best practices in ambulatory care delivery 
  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving ability and excellent people management skills
  • Motivated to drive change and excellence
