Routine Activities Job Conduct weekly site inspection and produce report if there is any abnormality. Deliver status update report (Engineering) on a monthly basis on key tasks completed or pending, incidents, utility (electricity and water) usage, UPS loading and temperature reading for all critical rooms. Drive best practices such as implementation of SOP’s / EOP’s being reviewed regularly. Engage with client in regular meetings to provide status on the operation of the site Manage annual power downs (script preparation / engage meeting with stakeholders and vendors). To update regularly the equipment list when necessary or if any changes. Preparation of 52 Week Planner To facilitate and prioritize planned / unplanned and emergency workload.

Incident Management Provide 24/7 emergency standby support on all M&E system breakdown or faults. Provide incident investigation and activation of vendors / OEM’s Provide incident report completion and submission. Provide action plan / solution and recommendation. Maintain and update emergency contact list quarterly. Simulate escalation call tree testing half yearly.

Vendor Management Manage regular planned maintenance and corrective maintenance as well as resolution / repair or remediation of any failed M&E system. Ensure all works done by vendors are in accordance with the Safe Work Method of Statement. Engage vendors in regular meetings for status updates on all open / pending items regarding M&E maintenance issues. Conduct vendor performance review on a quarterly basis.

Project / Facilities Handover Involvement in transition of taking over M&E system after the fit-out project or newly won bid.
