Description

The Customer Service Representative uses phone, email and written communication to help our customers resolve their questions about our products and programs.


Schedule: Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST

Location: In-office Bristol, PA

Training: Onsite, TBD

Responsibilities:

  • The Customer Contact Representative resolves customer concerns, questions, and requests efficiently using their knowledge and understanding of the product or program
  • Provides customer with product and service information via phone, email, and or letter
  • Identifies, researches and resolves customer issues using computer systems
  • Maintains current understanding of expectations through training
  • Partners with the customer service team to meet goals and exceed expectations

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age, at least high school level education.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in BOTH Spanish and English
  • 6 months of customer service representative or contact center experience preferred
  • Ability to type 35+ words per minute
  • General knowledge on how to use Microsoft office products
