Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in advising our business, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts across our operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will ensure compliance with Greek & EU law.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including client services (e.g. master service agreements, statements of work, service level agreements), supplier contracts, and licensing agreements (IP, software, etc.).
Provide expert advice on Greek & EU contract law and commercial best practices, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance.
Support the development and maintenance of contract templates, policies, and legal workflows.
Partner with business and operational teams to identify and mitigate legal risks while achieving commercial objectives.
Stay informed about changes in Greek & EU law and industry-specific regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s degree (LLM) is a strong plus.
Qualification as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece (Athens Bar Association or other Bar Association membership)
Strong knowledge of EU & Greek contract law
At least 5 years of experience
Excellent command of the Greek & English language (both oral & written)
Proficient knowledge in MS Office, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
