Odyssey House is seeking a Clinical Training Coordinator to join our L&D team!

Location: Salt Lake City


Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 (DOE)


Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 9 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities:

  • In conjunction with the L&D Manager, assess, create, and implement clinical training for the agency.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team, clinical directors, and other program staff.
  • Support with onboarding training for new agency staff.
  • Assist in program evaluation and improvement.
  • Maintain accreditation status and ongoing compliance with The Joint Commission.
  • Build and maintain familiarity with, develop, and present training on EHR, agency processes and procedures, and other clinical and non-clinical subject matter.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements



Relevant Education:

  • A master's in Social Work or a related field is preferred.

Other Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Mental Health Provider in the State of Utah is preferred.
  • Experience with training or public speaking preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • First Aid and CPR Certification 
  • Must comply with annual Covid and Flu immunization and other required immunizations.
  • Must meet employment eligibility
  • Must be able to work variable shifts as needed
