HEADLINE

In this role, you’ll support the recruitment of high-quality Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) for regional placements across Australia. You will play a key role in driving recruitment efficiency, ensuring compliance, and helping candidates successfully mobilise to client sites.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Cebu City, on a day-shift schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

  • Source and screen suitable Registered and Enrolled Nurses for temporary placements.
  • Build a strong understanding of the nursing recruitment market.
  • Conduct availability checks, candidate screenings, and reference checks.
  • Support talent pooling and manage candidate communications.

Onboarding, Mobilisation & Compliance:

  • Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation of nurses, ensuring they meet site-specific onboarding and compliance requirements.
  • Gather and organise required compliance documents (e.g., licenses, police checks, medicals) and upload to the client's system.
  • Ensure 100% compliance for each candidate mobilisation pack and meet strict client deadlines.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates and consultants to close any compliance gaps and confirm approvals.

Recruitment Administration:

  • Input and maintain accurate data in internal systems and platforms.
  • Advertise roles daily across job boards and social media channels.
  • Perform general admin tasks such as email/document handling and internal coordination.
  • Take on projects or initiatives as assigned by the management team.

Client and Team Collaboration:

  • Liaise with the Australia-based team to understand specific hospital and client requirements.
  • Stay updated on compliance protocols and onboarding processes for different regional hospital sites.
  • Share candidate summaries and onboarding documents with the designated personnel.

Market Awareness & Representation:

  • Understand the nuances of qualifications, specialties, and site-specific induction requirements across multiple locations.
  • Maintain high standards of candidate care and represent the client professionally at all times.
  • Embody and promote the values of the client and the recruitment team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in candidate sourcing, onboarding, or recruitment administration (nursing/healthcare is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience using an ATS or CRM is an advantage.
  • Knowledge or background in the healthcare or nursing industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
