The day to day:
· Support our customers order and invoicing needs
· Our orders process is intricate, attention to detail on order accuracy, pricing, invoicing discounts, fills an order by offering alternative ship/pick up dates based upon product availability; completes invoicing and communicating in an accurate and timely manner
· Verbal and electronic communication is key - the ability to effectively deals with customer inquiries and concerns is crucial in building good working relationships
· Teamwork & communication – be a positive contributor and maintain a supportive attitude within the department and the company.
· Other projects as assigned/required
Experience:
· Fluently Bilingual English and French (Nice to have)
· Experienced a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience working with an ERP system and sales admin/order entry experience an asset
· Technology typing speed of minimum 45 wpm
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office an asset
· Efficient and effective working with a sense of urgency to get things done in a timely matter and meet deadlines
· Team-player a Positive Can-Do attitude and willingness to help
· Calm under pressure you aren’t shaken by tough customers or situations
· Great communicator who practices active listening and are excellent at both verbal and written communication
· Adaptable you can work in a fast-paced environment and are flexible to changing priorities

This is a one year (full time) contract that will be remote out of Canada and pay a base salary of $60,000 with a 10% retention bonus.
