STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.

STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.

STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.

The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Director to join our team!

Responsibilities:·         Lead multiple Agile-based application development teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions.·         Manage the end-to-end SDLC process, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.·         Oversee the full hiring lifecycle including interviewing, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management of project team members.·         Provide executive-level briefings and updates to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.·         Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business and technical metrics to track project health and value delivery.·         Ensure project deliverables are on schedule, within scope, and within budget, managing risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.·         Prepare and present weekly and monthly project status reports, including deliverables tracking, risk and issue logs, financials, and resource allocations.·         Guide teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), driving Agile maturity and continuous improvement.

 Qualifications:·         10+ years of experience leading software development teams using Agile practices.·         Proven experience managing large, complex application development programs with multiple concurrent projects.·         Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.·        Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.·         Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.·         Experience with project financials, reporting, risk mitigation, and compliance tracking.·         Skilled in the use of project and Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).

Preferred:·         PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification.·         Experience in federal or government contracting environments.
