Job Description

As a Cleaning Specialist, your primary role will be to clean household items affected by a loss in the manner purposed by the Content Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Structural cleaning of properties
Cleaning of contents (household items) following fire, smoke and or water damage
Cleaning of homes during restoration and upon completion of project (final clean)
Contents gathering, packing and loading
Content inventory preparation (Helping to document the items inside a home)
Develop an understanding of cleaning techniques, products and equipment
Provide excellent customer service
Reports to the Lead Content Manager

Qualifications

Willingness and ability to work in less than perfect environments (mold, smoke, and weather damage conditions)
Exhibit strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
Be self-motivated and proactive
Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior cleaning and/or packing experience is preferred
Ability to work independently and work well with a team.
Must have valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15 per hour and up, commensurate with experience
