We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support internal and external communications, craft clear and consistent messaging, and assist in the execution of communication strategies that strengthen our brand and foster engagement.

Responsibilities

Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications.
Coordinate with departments to ensure messaging consistency.
Support the development and execution of communication campaigns.
Monitor and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with the creation of press releases, newsletters, reports, and presentations.
Maintain organized communication records and track performance metrics.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in communications or administrative roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
