We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality assistance to our clients, resolving inquiries efficiently, and supporting internal processes that enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal platforms

  • Assist in resolving product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and following up on resolutions

  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system

  • Support the customer support team with administrative tasks and reporting

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent service delivery

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
