Swift7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Houston, TX. This role supports the design and execution of leadership training programs and provides hands-on collaboration with internal teams and external partners to develop talent pipelines and empower future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and facilitating leadership training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs

• Collaborate with senior consultants to evaluate organizational needs and implement tailored development strategies

• Conduct research and analyze data to identify leadership trends and performance gaps

• Provide support in developing training materials and tracking program outcomes

• Coordinate logistics and communication for development programs and leadership events

• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure program success

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in leadership training, organizational development, or related areas

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently and in team environments

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
