Swift7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Houston, TX. This role supports the design and execution of leadership training programs and provides hands-on collaboration with internal teams and external partners to develop talent pipelines and empower future leaders.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and facilitating leadership training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs
Collaborate with senior consultants to evaluate organizational needs and implement tailored development strategies
Conduct research and analyze data to identify leadership trends and performance gaps
Provide support in developing training materials and tracking program outcomes
Coordinate logistics and communication for development programs and leadership events
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure program success
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in leadership training, organizational development, or related areas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and in team environments
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
