The role

We’re on the lookout for a visionary Product Owner to lead the charge in transforming our hospitality technology landscape. This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of product development, from ideation to delivery, ensuring our technology solutions elevate the guest experience to world-class standards.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping the Group Technology product roadmap, driving innovation, and delivering seamless, intuitive applications that support our hospitality operations. You will be responsible for:

Manage a team of experienced solution specialists, providing mentorship, strategic direction, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Develop and maintain product and functionality roadmaps across the Group Technology portfolio, aligning with business goals and guest experience priorities.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities, set clear acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment across teams.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects, features, and enhancements.
Provide innovative, scalable solutions to complex business challenges across our hospitality functions.
Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team.

About You

You’re a passionate and strategic Product Owner with a deep understanding of hospitality operations and a knack for translating business needs into impactful technology solutions. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and are driven by the desire to create exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a Product Owner role within a large, complex organization.
Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and delivering high-quality, high-volume projects.
Strong background in designing and implementing major technology initiatives.
Expertise in agile practices and methodologies, with a focus on iterative delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to assess business needs and translate them into actionable capabilities.
A curious mindset and a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
