Senior Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with professional German language skills to join our growing international team. If you're passionate about translating complex business needs into clear requirements and enjoy working in cross-functional environments, this role is for you.

 What you do

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for development teams (user stories, process flows, etc.)
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with clients, including German-speaking stakeholders
• Support the product owner and technical teams in understanding the business context
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital solutions
• Act as a liaison between business and IT during the entire software development lifecycle

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT/digital projects
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience working in agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
• Excellent command of German (C1 or higher) and English (B2+)
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, BPMN, or similar is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, finance, or enterprise systems
• Knowledge of UML/BPMN modeling
• Familiarity with data analysis or process automation
