 Today is the day to boost your career!  Pinchin is seeking an Occupational Hygiene Technician to join the Occupational Health & Safety team in our Mississauga, ON office.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Occupational Hygiene Technician will perform a mix of field and office work.

A Day in the life of an Occupational Hygiene Technician at Pinchin: 

• Conduct occupational hygiene surveys at client sites including sampling and report preparation.
• Coordinate availability and use of sampling media and equipment.
• Coordinate and track the servicing and calibration of sampling equipment.
• Maintain and enhance quality control within the group.

What you bring to the Pinchin team:

• Diploma or degree in science or engineering
• A related certificate or license (e.g., CET) would be an asset.
• Working towards a CIH, ROH, or CRSP
• 1-3 years of practical experience in occupational hygiene, either in industry or consulting
• Proficiency working with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail; the ability to write, review, and edit reports and other written communications.
• Professional verbal communication skills
• Availability to travel and work outside of core business hours on occasion.
• Current and valid driver’s license with sufficient insurance, and access to a vehicle required (work-related travel will be compensated)
