We are currently seeking Contract Managers based in the Toronto Area to join our bench of fully vetted candidates working secondments for our top global clients on a hybrid basis.
Main responsibilities:
- Redlining, editing, drafting, and negotiating IT-related contracts such as SaaS and cloud service agreements, software licensing and subscription renewals, Statements of Work for professional services, hardware/software support and maintenance agreements, and more
- Identify, assess, and summarize key contractual risks, and recommend appropriate mitigations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, confirm roles and responsibilities, and align contract terms with operational needs
- Support contract lifecycle activities including renewals, amendments, and compliance with internal processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and version control for contract files and communication
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of well-rounded contract management experience preferably within the public sector or regulated environments
- Specifically IT-focused commercial contract experience, with strong working knowledge of SaaS, cloud, software licensing, and IT services agreements
- Ability and interest in working on an engagement basis, seconded to client companies for 4-6 months at a time on average
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule within the Greater Toronto area
