The Role

As an Experienced Senior Team Member, you’ll be an essential part of the day-to-day operations — bringing your skills, initiative, and customer-first mindset to every shift.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and serving our signature Greek Yiros and street food
• Delivering fast, friendly, and professional customer service
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation
• Assisting with training and supporting junior staff
• Operating POS systems and handling cash
• Contributing to a positive team environment and helping achieve store goals
• Jumping in to help wherever needed — from prep to pack-up

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a fast-food or hospitality environment a MUST
• Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house setting
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate - I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online
• Working rights - passport, Birth Certificate and visa grant for international workers
• RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
