Warehouse Associate I

We are seeking a full-time, Warehouse Associate for our distribution center in Dunn, North Carolina.  Responsibilities for this position include loading and unloading trucks, storing and pulling product, receiving and shipping products, and driving a forklift.

Our qualifications for this position include:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 3 years forklift and warehouse experience, preferably in a distribution center
• Self-motivated and enjoys working independently
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Able to sustain physical work at a fast pace including pushing, bending, lifting, kneeling, walking, climbing ladders/steps
• Comfortable working outside in a variety of weather conditions
• Competent at accurately creating/processing shipping & receiving documents and other printed materials
• Good basic math skills
• Customer service oriented - professional and personable phone etiquette including excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Competent using a computer – Microsoft word, excel, email, WMS
• Inventory (cycle count) experience
• Highly competent in the areas of accuracy, organization, adaptability, dependability, and teamwork
• Available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with flexibility to work overtime as required before and after regular work hours
• Able to pass drug test, physical and background check
