Client Support & Cashiering

  • Process and track wire transfers, journals, and all monetary transactions with full reconciliation.
  • Communicate with clients on billing or payment inquiries with a service-first mindset.
  • Document procedures related to bill processing, reporting, and ad hoc requests.

Office Administration & Efficiency Projects

  • Support scanning, document preparation, filing (digital and paper), and occasional phone support.
  • Identify and propose workflow improvements to enhance technology use and internal efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role; prior work in a family office or private client services environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CPA designation is desirable but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting methods and high-volume transaction processing.
  • Experience with Eton Solutions or similar general ledger/performance reporting systems.
  • Experience coordinating with external custodians is beneficial.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Strong communication skills—both oral and written—with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated discretion, maturity, and sound judgment in handling sensitive client information.
  • Familiarity with personal financial planning topics, including tax, trust, and insurance, is a plus.
  • Proactive and continuously eager to learn, adapt, and improve existing processes.
