We saw a huge problem with how much of a headache it is to buy a car the traditional way, so we committed ourselves to put customer satisfaction at the core of our business, we have built a no-pressure, no-haggle online car buying experience that saves our customers time and money. Customers can search through thousands of vehicles online, see full 360-degree views of both the interior and exterior of the vehicles before deciding to go through the purchasing process. Our Customer Advocates will then either deliver the purchased vehicle to our customer’s driveway using one of our kick-ass one car haulers, or they will meet our customers at one of our amazing coin-operated Vending Machines.

About the team and position

Carvana’s Market Operation department is known for its team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

Support project planning and execution by building timelines, checklists, and templates that help the team stay organized and on track.
Document workflows and processes, contributing to SOPs, training guides, and reference materials.
Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders to gather feedback, track deliverables, and help resolve blockers.
Assist with rollouts and change management, including organizing meetings, crafting communication, and developing FAQs.
Monitor project impact by tracking adoption, collecting input, and summarizing findings.
Identify small wins for continuous improvement, especially in tools, documentation, and everyday workflows.
Maintain project tools like Wrike, Google Sheets, and Confluence (or internal systems), ensuring all documentation stays up to date and accessible.

What you should have

1+ years of experience in operations, coordination, project management, or similar roles (internships and field experience also welcome)
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); Wrike or similar project tools is a plus
Comfortable learning new tools and technologies quickly
A curious, team-first mindset with a desire to improve how things work
Exposure to project management principles or process documentation
Interest in developing project management and analytical skills

Other requirements

To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
The ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours).
Must be able to stay in stationary positions for extended periods of time (when driving) up to 3 hours at a time.
Frequently communicates with customers and must be able to exchange accurate information.
