We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative support team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems while ensuring high levels of confidentiality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data in internal databases and client systems

• Verify data for accuracy and completeness

• Maintain organized records and digital files

• Generate routine and ad hoc reports as required

• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity

• Identify and correct data entry errors

• Follow company procedures for handling sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role

• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
