ISSE II

<strong>Reflexive Concepts is seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer II to join our team! </strong><br /> Specifically, we're looking for someone with the following:  <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI FS Poly (CI poly within 6 years) </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related field (or 4 years of equivalent ISSE experience)</li> <li>14+ years of experience as an ISSE on similar programs and contracts</li> <li>DoD 8570.01-M compliance with IASAE Level 2</li> <li>CISSP Certification</li> <li>Experience with Al/ML RMF SSP authorization</li> <li>Expertise in Al/ML services contracts and configurations</li> <li>Proficiency in conducting Al/ML request security reviews</li> <li>Advanced degree in a relevant field</li> <li>Additional certifications in cybersecurity or Al/ML</li> <li>Experience leading teams or mentoring junior security professionals</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex security concepts to diverse audiences</li> <li>Familiarity with emerging Al/ML security trends and best practices</li> </ul>
