Description
We’re seeking a strategic VP of Marketing to lead Pango’s growth and brand evolution. In this high-impact role, you’ll be an essential key member of Pango’s executive leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategy and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale an in-house marketing team, including specialists in digital, brand, content, marketing automation, and social media
- Build and execute the annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and achievement of defined goals
- Define and track KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.) to drive measurable business impact
- Manage and optimize paid media and digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok etc.
- Direct relationships with external partners, including creative agencies, media buyers, PR firms, influencers, and production vendors
- Oversee lifecycle marketing, including automation, segmentation, and personalized, event-driven campaigns in collaboration with Data and Product teams
- Drive social media strategy and community engagement—responding to trends, managing influencers, and own Pango’s visual identity and tone of voice across social platforms.
- Oversee marketing initiatives related to subscriptions, loyalty programs, and customer value growth
- Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech, Finance) to ensure effective execution and delivery across initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably within B2C tech companies and large-scale consumer apps
- Proven track record of building and leading successful consumer brands in the Israeli market - Must
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies while managing significant budgets
- Hands-on expertise in digital advertising, media buying, analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing marketing teams
- Strong collaboration skills with external agencies, media buyers, and creative partners
- Creative and data-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and insight-based decision-making
- Excellent strategic thinking—able to simplify complex challenges, communicate clearly, and make smart data-driven decisions
- Relevant academic degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
